Heroic Leadership
ORGL 690 Heroic Leadership Summer 2012 Dr Tony Andenoro
Description:
This course brings to light the Jesuit way of leadership and life. This course centers around Chris Lowney’s book, “Heroic Leadership” and delves into the principles that have guided the Jesuit movement for nearly 500 years. Some of these principles include living a life of self-examine, pausing twice each day and asking yourself when you saw God in that day. Heroic leadership teaches that there are three ways to impact those around you: to inspire people through love, serve others without expectation, and find ways to energize potential from within them.
