Organizational Communication
ORGL 504 Organizational Communication Spring 2015 Dr. Heather Crandall
Description:
Organizational Communication taught me how to better understand and analyze how organizations function, and how to help improve them. When learning how organizations and teams function we can look through a myriad of different lenses to better understand and help suggest ways to improve. It is crucial and necessary for each of us to daily question the lens under which we are examining the world around us, and to be self-critical of our own scope. This insures we maintain integrity in our analysis of our teams.
Artifacts:
- Approaches and Lenses:
- Traditional
- Relational
- Cultural
- How organizations deal with change, conflict and diversity.
